The Optiv brand faced a disconnect after rebranding during major mergers. Marketing collateral and how it appeared to the client were disjointed. The pre-sales organization was using out-of-date templates and splintering Optiv's brand in the market. I connected cross-functional teams to identify the problem and build a business case for a tool I thought could be the perfect solution: Templafy. A single platform to automate the creation of on-brand, compliant documents, client presentations, and business proposals that reduce business risk, save time for sellers, and uphold Optiv’s brand reputation.

Over the course of two years, I led the integration of Templafy across the business, the development of all client-facing templates, and brand resources. Moving our proposal and presentation process from disjointed interfaces to a single tool. I stood up a global team to manage day-to-day operations, 5k+ assets, and 500 users. I ran company-wide trainings that improved storytelling and client trust by moving the brand from "chaos" to a unified presence. An Optiv-led Werk Study found that Optiv is now 100% trusted by CISOs and cybersecurity decision-makers—the most-trusted brand among its key competitors (2024 Werk Insight Survey).
